HCTA Club Championships 2020

REGISTATION DEADLINE FOR DOUBLES IS FRIDAY, OCT 2, 2020
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED!

 

Tournament Online Registrations: You may register for more than 1 tournament.

 

SINGLES  - Men's and Women's
MIXED DOUBLES
GENDER DOUBLES - Men's and Women's Doubles

 

If registering for a Doubles Tournament, please be sure to have your partner's name, email, phone and current HCTA rating.

Remember:
You must be a 2020 HCTA member in good standing.

 

Depending on the number of entries in each of the 5 tournaments, the HCTA Board may elect to create two separate tournaments instead of just one tournament.

Everything is subject to weather.  If we get rainouts, we’ll do what we can to make up matches, but no guarantees.

 

Singles Sat October 3 and Sun October 4
Men’s doubles Sat October 10 and Sun October 11
Women’s Doubles Sat October 17 and Sun October 18
Mixed Doubles Sat October 24 and Sun October 25
Make-ups Sat October 31 (Halloween) and Sun November 1. 

 

Singles to be played Saturday Oct 3 and 4, Artillery Courts 1&2, 8:30 am until at LEAST 1:00....but entrants will need to make themselves available for 2nd matches (singles) and possibly 3rd matches (doubles only) later in the day Saturday. We could also schedule Sunday matches in afternoons for all draws.
IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR BOTH SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS FOR THE DRAWS YOU WANT TO PLAY IN, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THAT DRAW.

Deadlines for earlier rounds will be set by HCTA and announced by email and on the website.
 

If your match doesn't get played, you and your opponent will be deleted from the tournament.
